waw33 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, and OCBC NISP. We also support e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account within two (2) minutes. In rare cases of technical delays, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. waw33 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, and within twenty-four (24) hours for requests made outside business hours.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. waw33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) to prevent money laundering and fraud.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your waw33 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal activity. waw33 reserves the right to investigate the source of your funds and to freeze or close your account if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at waw33's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and time restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per User, per household, per IP address. Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward the requirement. Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements typically expire thirty (30) days after issuance unless otherwise specified. Any unused bonus funds and unreleased bonus amounts will be removed from your account upon expiration. It is your responsibility to track bonus validity periods.
If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements is active in your account, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds will be available for withdrawal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by waw33. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn except in cases of obvious technical errors acknowledged by waw33.
Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will apply to your wager. Results for sports bets are determined based on official league or governing body rulings. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or obvious pricing error (such as odds being displayed incorrectly due to a system glitch), waw33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. You must immediately report any suspected errors or irregularities to customer support.
waw33 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on certain games or bet types. These limits will be clearly displayed in the respective game rules. Any winnings exceeding stated maximum limits will be adjusted accordingly.

All disputes must be reported to customer support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
waw33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if your account poses a risk to the integrity of our Services. In cases of account closure for Terms violations, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance.

Self-exclusion periods can be set for one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, or permanently.
